Chose to use Prep35 after a very informative initial call with Lewis, Since then my first order has been fully processed and sent into Amazon with no issues. Great responses to my initial questions and my new seller nerves and I am confident they will be a great partner throughout my journey, Highly recommend them.

We’ve been working with Prep365 as our recommended Amazon FBA Prep Centre for clients, and we’ve been really pleased with their service so far. They’re efficient, reliable, and clearly committed to continuous improvement — something we really value. Communication has improved significantly in recent months. They now respond within a set timeframe via Slack, which has made a noticeable difference. It’s great to see a company listening to feedback and proactively improving their internal systems — especially as we had previously experienced a couple of delays in replies. Their turnaround time for prepping and dispatching products is excellent, and we really appreciate having a trusted partner we can work directly with on our clients’ behalf. Highly recommend Prep365 for any brand or seller looking for a prep partner that’s hands-on, responsive, and focused on getting things right.

Great service from the Prep365 team. They are super responsive, adaptable and friendly. Makes a nice change from prepping stock myself in a cold storage unit!

These guys are the best. I’ve been working with Lewis and the team for over a year now. It is one of the reasons I’ve been able to move abroad and run my Amazon business whilst travelling the world. I could not thank them enough. Great to work with, great communication and reasonable pricing.

As a new trader on Amazon, I was in the dark, but the team have helped me along the way and been very patient and created video`s to ensure the step by step guides have been even eadier to follow. As I pick up momentum the turnround has also picked up and I`m even being chased by the team if I haven`t added items to their dashboard. Fantastic crew that understand the importance of outstanding customer service and support.

I recently started using Prep365 for my Amazon FBA business, and their service has been great. With no minimum unit requirements, they are perfect for businesses of any size. Their pricing is transparent and competitive, and the turnaround time keeps my inventory flowing smoothly. I highly recommend Prep365 to any Amazon FBA seller.

Great Prep Centre! Finally made the switch from in house prep to outsourcing all FBA prep in aim of converting the FBA business to fully remote. After comparing costs and communication methods of other prep centres, Prep365 seemed best suited to what I was looking for. Their dashboard is straightforward, the team is responsive and my orders have been prepped and shipped in a decent amount of time. I really like the client dashboard as it allows for you to input your shipment details once you have ordered stock then leave Prep365 to do the rest. Overall I'm very happy with the service and glad I chose Prep365. Thanks.
