Communication has improved significantly in recent months. They now respond within a set timeframe via Slack, which has made a noticeable difference. It’s great to see a company listening to feedback and proactively improving their internal systems — especially as we had previously experienced a couple of delays in replies.

Their turnaround time for prepping and dispatching products is excellent, and we really appreciate having a trusted partner we can work directly with on our clients’ behalf.

Great Prep Centre! Finally made the switch from in house prep to outsourcing all FBA prep in aim of converting the FBA business to fully remote. After comparing costs and communication methods of other prep centres, Prep365 seemed best suited to what I was looking for. Their dashboard is straightforward, the team is responsive and my orders have been prepped and shipped in a decent amount of time. I really like the client dashboard as it allows for you to input your shipment details once you have ordered stock then leave Prep365 to do the rest. Overall I'm very happy with the service and glad I chose Prep365.
